This multi-phased agricultural development is located on an apple farm just outside the town of Simcoe. The building program includes a 2-storey 15,000 sq ft. office building, a packing plant, and a group of cold storage buildings, each at 28,000 sqft and containing 12 giant coolers.
To date, the office building and two cold storage buildings are completed.
